"What's important to you about the Jeker Valley?"
Excellent wine from Dutch soil is produced by Hoeve Nekum in the Jeker valley. Even famous grapes from Burgundy, such as pinot noir, grow very well there. The Jeker valley is the oldest wine-growing area in the Netherlands. This is mainly due to its favourable microclimate: the weather in this valley is the warmest and driest in South Limburg. Hoeve Nekum has been growing its wine there since 1988. We now produce several wines from 8 grape varieties in our vineyards. oudste wijnbouwgebied van Nederland.
